Being a Group Leader is an Honor
As a Group leader, I'm responsible for assign the role and group work to each member. I'm also need to influence the direction of my organization and help them achieve the goal. Checking the teammates attendance in every week will make sure my teammates get the crucial information and command from Dr. Fatihah in order to improve our online business.
Making the Final Decisions
After everyone’s views are heard and all the points of agreement and disagreement are identified, then made all the decisions based on all member’s input. For an example, we already decide our group name and business type by using the majority vote system. Emart as our group name and our business type is agent.

I'm also play the role as lead web develop and lead web design to optimizing our website viewing style. We received the comment from our lecture, dr. fatihah, :"A good wbsite doesn't need scroll down more.' Therefore, im trying to optimize the eportfolio page by using the 3D caruosel slide to present each sub page of eportfolio such as team, project progress, and reflection. And, the team member page also getting present with the slideshow style so the users doesn't need scroll down more.
I'm also participate in creating the video product commercial and logo animated video with the expertise editing skill in filmora and adobe after effect.
Problem that faced
Loss the way
Sometimes, i will loss the way and making the wrong decisions but it's great to having a group of team member that always encourage me.
Maybe sometimes, i should know that
i'm not alone !
